What are the check-in and check-out times?
Rooms are available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, please vacate your room by 12.00 noon so that we can ensure our high standards of cleanliness for the next guest.
Does the hotel have a car park?
Yes, we have a private, outdoor car park with CCTV surveillance for our guests. This service is available on request and incurs a daily charge. We recommend that you let us know if you require a parking space when you make your booking.
Is the restaurant open to non-residents?
Absolutely. Our Bamboo Restaurant is open to the public by reservation only, offering an à la carte menu and serving meals from 12 noon to 11 pm, so that even those not staying at the hotel can enjoy a first-class dining experience.

Is the beach club open to non-residents?
Yes, our beach club also welcomes non-residents who wish to enjoy the exclusivity of our beach. Booking is always recommended, especially at weekends and during the high season.
What are the opening hours of the restaurant and beach club?
Restaurant:
Open as usual from Easter until 31 October. However, it is available all year round for weddings and private events.
Beach club:
Our beach is open from mid-April to the end of October.
How does the beach service work for hotel guests?
Our beach is located right in front of the hotel and is not included in the room rate. You can add the beach service by booking it at the time of booking or directly at the hotel. For hotel guests with a direct booking, the Beach Club is available at a 50% discount.
Can I buy tickets for Mirabilandia at the hotel?
Certainly. To save you from queues and waiting times, our staff can purchase Mirabilandia tickets online on your behalf. Simply ask for this service at reception.
When is the gym open?
Our gym is available to guests throughout the day. For those wishing to have a personalised training session, you can book a session with a personal trainer.
Do you have a spa on the premises?
Yes, we have a private spa available for couples or small groups of up to five people. This is an additional service and requires advance booking. The wellness programme lasts two hours.
